Live camera at the Duhnen lifeguard station in Cuxhaven, housed in the historic beacon on the promenade. The view covers Duhnen beach and the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where low tide uncovers kilometres of seabed. Mudflat walks and horse-drawn carriages set off from here across the flats to the island of Neuwerk, and ships on the Elbe shipping lane pass in the distance.
