Live camera overlooking Dartmouth Harbour and the River Dart in South Devon, in the south-west of England. Known as the Pontoon Terrace Cam, it shows the boats, yachts and ferries moving on the estuary, the waterfront of the historic town and, on the opposite bank, the village of Kingswear.
