Rio de Janeiro Cristo Redentor is a live camera set at one of the best known viewpoints in the city, high on Corcovado. The stream runs around the clock and shows Christ the Redeemer in real time together with Rio's sky, drifting clouds, passing mist and the light changes that reshape the scene from morning to night. At times the view is wide and sharp; at others, low clouds soften the outline of the monument and almost hide the top of the mountain.
What stands out most is the steady, unedited look at a landmark that changes with the weather. Sunrise, sunset, bright afternoons and overcast moments all become part of the image, with the statue fixed at the center while the background opens or closes depending on visibility.
