TV Alerj is one of the vehicles for dissemination and transparency of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro and broadcasts 24 hours a day of programming on channel 12 of the Net, on open channel 10.2 UHF digital. Aimed at showing the work of parliamentarians, TV Alerj prioritizes the live transmission of ordinary, extraordinary and solemn sessions in the plenary; public hearings of permanent and temporary commissions and CPIs; in addition to monitoring and publicizing the meetings of the Board of Directors and the College of Leaders.
TV Alerj also broadcasts interviews and debates recorded in the studio, cultural programs and documentaries produced by professionals from the station. The channel aims to show programming that brings parliamentarians closer to the daily life of citizens of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
