Aquarium of the Pacific - Recife Tropical

This live camera shows the Tropical Reef Habitat, the largest exhibit at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California. It holds 350,000 gallons of water and more than 1,000 animals in a reef modeled on the famous "Blue Corner" off Palau in Micronesia, considered one of the most beautiful and diverse dive sites on the planet. Colorful schools of tropical fish swim past the camera, along with puffers, wrasses, groupers, zebra sharks, grey reef sharks and an olive ridley turtle, the smallest and most common of the seven sea turtle species. During the day you may also see divers cleaning the exhibit or hand-feeding the fish in the afternoon presentations (California time), when trevallies and snappers swirl around the diver in a true "fish tornado".
