This live webcam shows the pedestrian street in the center of Livigno in Valtellina, a town located in the province of Sondrio, in Lombardy. The images of the live webcam of Via Fontana are taken from the Original Galli store, in the background the Mottolino ski slopes are clearly visible.
Livigno is located at 1816 meters above sea level and extends into the valley of the same name for approximately 15 kilometres.
Crossed by the Aqua Granda stream which brings its waters into the Inn river and then into the Danube, Livigno is not part of the Italian hydrographic basin.
The climate of Livigno is characterized by long, very harsh winters and short, cool summers.
