Love Nature is a Canadian channel devoted to documentaries and series about nature and wildlife. Its programmes take viewers close to animals and the places they live, with stories of elephants, primates and ecosystems around the world, much of it filmed in ultra-high definition.
Recent titles include the documentaries Tusker: Brotherhood of Elephants and HumanLike: The Chimps of Fongoli. The channel produces part of its own catalogue, with an announced goal of 200 hours of 4K nature programming a year.
Love Nature started on 12 March 2006 in Toronto as Oasis HD and relaunched under its current name on 19 January 2015, owned by Blue Ant Media, the group behind the Canadian versions of BBC Earth and Smithsonian Channel. A calm, beautiful channel for anyone who loves wildlife films.
