TV Cultura Pará, based in Belém, is a public broadcaster created in 1987 and affiliated with Brazil’s national TV Cultura. Operating on channel 2 (41 UHF digital), it is managed by FUNTELPA, the state broadcasting foundation, with the mission of producing educational and cultural content that highlights the Amazon region’s identity.
