Praia de Imbé is a Brazilian beach located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
It is part of the resorts that make up the seafront of Imbé, a municipality that borders Osório to the north and Tramandaí to the south along the coast. The main access routes are the RS-389, known as Estrada do Mar, and the BR-290 for those coming from Porto Alegre and the metropolitan area.
Imbé is the main resort in the municipality, and stands out for its Avenida Paraguassu, which crosses the entire beach and has several commercial establishments that serve both the local population and tourists.
In relation to the distances from the nearest capitals, starting from the headquarters of Imbé, they are about 130 kilometers from Porto Alegre and 348 kilometers from Florianópolis.
The main tourist attractions include Barra do Imbé, located next to the bridge that divides the municipalities of Imbé and Tramandaí, and the CECLIMAR museum.
