Based in Fortaleza, TVC - TV Ceará operates as a public, free-to-air channel with live programming day and night and a clear focus on Ceará. The schedule blends local production with newscasts, interview shows, debates, documentaries, educational segments and children's blocks, so the rhythm changes through the day without losing its regional point of view. Sport is another visible pillar, especially in coverage and discussion around football competitions in the state. Local culture is not treated as filler either: music, accordion, cordel poetry and other expressions from the Brazilian Northeast appear regularly in the lineup. That makes the channel useful for following daily issues in Fortaleza while also getting a broader sense of culture, public life and current affairs across Ceará.
