Located in the city of Fortaleza and maintained by the Fundação de Teleducação do Ceará FUNTELC, TV Ceará broadcasts its programming 24 hours a day, via satellite, to the population throughout the state. Currently, TV Ceará has an active participation in Rede Brasil's programming schedule.
