Maui Beach

Maui Beach is a live camera overlooking Napili Bay on the west side of Maui, Hawaii. The view covers the sandy shoreline by Napili Kai Beach Resort, the ocean surface, the horizon and part of the tropical coastal setting around the bay. Throughout the day, the scene makes it possible to notice changing light, cloud cover and the size and rhythm of waves reaching the beach. The camera is useful for getting a visual sense of current weather, sea conditions and activity around Napili Bay. During busier periods, swimmers and other beach activity may appear in the frame, while quieter moments are dominated by open water, sand and steady wave movement. Late in the day, the ocean-facing angle can also capture changing sunset colors, giving a clear real-time look at this part of Maui's western coast.
