Created in Brazil by journalist Alberto Luchetti Neto, allTV is the first television station in the "crossmedia" format in Brazil, bringing the concept "Newspaper Content, Radio Agility, TV Image and Internet Interactivity". It started its experimental broadcasts on April 26, 2002, on May 6 of the same year it became 24h live, so this date became the foundation of the station.
