Moviesphere is the movie channel of the Hollywood studio Lionsgate, and this is its Brazilian edition, with films dubbed into Portuguese. The schedule runs non-stop across action, drama, thrillers, romance and comedy, drawing on the studio's catalogue.
Unlike an on-demand service, a film is always already playing: tune in and join the screening in progress, just like traditional television. It is a good choice when you want to watch something without spending half an hour browsing a catalogue, and an easy way to practise listening to Brazilian Portuguese.
The Brazilian channel went on air in 2023. In the United States, Lionsgate runs other versions of the brand, such as the over-the-air network Moviesphere Gold.
