TV Ouro Negro is a Brazilian television station based in the city of Salvador, capital of the state of Bahia. It operates on channel 9, and is affiliated with Universal TV. It belongs to Grupo Luiz Moreira de Comunicação, which also controls Ouro Negro FM in the city of Catu. Currently, the station fully broadcasts the local and national programming of TV Universal.
