Africa 24 Sport Live

Africa 24 Sport is the sports channel of the Africa 24 group, based in France, and presents itself as the world's first sports news channel for Africa. Its French-language schedule follows sport across the African continent, with a strong focus on football: national teams, clubs, domestic leagues and continental competitions sit alongside other disciplines such as athletics, swimming and taekwondo. On air there are sports bulletins and newscasts, results, reports and interviews with athletes, coaches and officials, as well as debate and analysis programs. The channel also tends to follow the build-up to major African tournaments and the performance of African athletes in international competitions. It is a good choice for anyone who wants to keep up with African sport, especially in French-speaking countries, with coverage that goes beyond the big European hubs and gives room to local competitions.
