TV Universal is the television channel of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (IURD), one of Brazil's largest Pentecostal churches. It broadcasts services, sermons, prayers and faith programmes 24 hours a day, recorded at the church's temples in São Paulo and other cities. A highlight is Santo Culto em Seu Lar, featuring extracts from sermons by bishop Edir Macedo and other bishops.
The schedule also includes special meetings, vigils, programmes on family life and finances, and testimonies from members. Some of this content also airs on other Brazilian channels that lease airtime to the church.
The channel was launched in May 2011 as IURD TV and renamed TV Universal in 2013. Its slogan is "A escola da fé" (the school of faith). All programmes are in Brazilian Portuguese.
