NDTV is a Brazilian state television network based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. It has 6 broadcasters affiliated with RecordTV covering the entire state. The network emerged from a division of RIC TV, based in Curitiba, Paraná, which they had been part of since 2008, when it merged with the extinct Rede SC. The division also culminated in the creation of the ND Group, responsible for the assets belonging to the Petrelli family in the state of Santa Catarina.
