RAI Movie is an Italian live channel dedicated to cinema, with a schedule built around films for most of the day. Its programming gives strong space to Italian works, European cinema, titles by established directors and international productions that do not always receive much room on mainstream television. Rather than shifting between many unrelated formats, the channel keeps a clear movie-centered identity, moving through themed slots, classics, contemporary titles and more auteur-driven selections. Beyond the films themselves, the stream often includes interviews, reports and segments connected to major film festivals, giving viewers more context around releases, directors and the wider film scene. For people who like a continuous flow of movie programming, it works as a live channel that pairs regular screenings with useful material about festivals, creative processes and the place of Italian and international cinema on television.
