The Legislative Assembly of Paraíba (ALPB) is the representative body of the Legislative Power, through the state deputies of the state of Paraíba. Its current headquarters is the Casa de Epitácio Pessoa, located at Praça João Pessoa in the historic center of the capital of Paraíba, João Pessoa. It has 36 state deputies and its president is elected every two years.
