The Evangelizar Éprecise Association is a non-profit or political interest institution that has the support of the Archdiocese of Curitiba. With the aim of evangelizing through the media, the Work is blessed by Nossa Senhora do Carmo, its godmother, and aims to help Christians to awaken and revive their interest in religious practice in an authentic way. Currently, Associação Evangelizar é Preciso is responsible for programming the Evangelizar Communication Network composed of Rádio Evangelizar AM 1060 (with coverage in Curitiba and the Metropolitan Region), AM 1430 and FM 90.9 (with coverage in the south of Paraná and north of Santa Catarina) and FM 99.5, and by TV Evangelizar. In addition, it is a national benefactor for thousands of sister radio stations and hundreds of television stations in Brazil and in other countries. Headquartered in Curitiba, Obra provides social assistance to needy communities and institutions in Curitiba and the Metropolitan Region, offering free services in the areas of law and psychology, holding educational lectures and social actions in hospitals, nursing homes, day care centers, orphanages and regions without infrastructure, where its volunteers also provide spiritual support and meet local needs, donating clothes, groceries and cleaning and personal hygiene products.
Obra Evangelizar is maintained with the contribution of associates, who keep evangelization alive through monthly contributions.
