TVPE is a public broadcaster, which broadcasts local and network programming (TV Brasil) to more than one hundred municipalities in Pernambuco. With transmitter headquarters in the city of Caruaru (channel 12.1), in the Agreste region of the state, the signal is extended to the interior, on channel 13.1 in Petrolina, and in the Metropolitan Region of Recife, through channel 46.1.
