TV Rio Parnaíba officially debuts as the new affiliate of the Sistema Difusora de Comunicação/Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão, in the region of Barão de Grajaú and Floriano, through digital channel 12.1 UHF.
The station will have a diverse program, with journalism and entertainment, providing information, entertainment, culture and quality service provision for all viewers in Maranhão.
