Africanews French Live

Africanews French (Africanews en français) is the French-language version of Africanews, a pan-African news channel owned by the Euronews group and on air since January 2016. The channel describes itself as the first pan-African, bilingual and independent news channel in sub-Saharan Africa, and its French edition brings this approach to the continent's large French-speaking audience. Viewers will find news bulletins throughout the day, reports, interviews and thematic programs on politics, the economy, society, culture, sports and the environment, always focused on African countries, along with international news seen from Africa. Its editorial line aims to tell African current affairs from within the continent, with the idea of a news selection made by Africans, for Africans. It is a good choice for anyone who wants to follow what is happening in Africa in French, whether for professional reasons, ties to the diaspora or simple curiosity about the continent.
