TVL - Legislative TV of Blumenau is a channel that broadcasts the daily activities of the City Council and other political events. Available on open channel 4.2 and NET channel 14, TVL's mission is to promote transparency and visibility of legislative work, making it easier for the public to access decisions and debates affecting the municipality. Supported by Law No. 8.977/1995, TVL strengthens democracy by bringing the public closer to the Legislative Power, encouraging critical evaluation of public policies and promoting civic participation in the political process.
