ILTV Live

ILTV is a local live TV channel run by the Communauté d'Agglomération Hénin-Carvin, in the Pas-de-Calais department of the Hauts-de-France region, in the heart of northern France's former Mining Basin. Created in 2003, the channel aired its first news bulletin on 5 March that year on the local cable network and is now based at the Fosse 9-9bis site in Oignies, a former coal mine turned cultural hub. ILTV is carried on the SFR (481), Free (915), Bouygues (330) and Orange (374) set-top boxes, as well as on its website and the ILTV+ app. Its programming follows life in the area: local news, magazines such as "Agglo & Vous", "On vous en parle" and "Sport Express", cultural and music shows recorded at 9-9bis, coverage of events and festivals, outings listings, sports results, cinema releases and archive footage that tells the story of the region. It is a window for local residents and for anyone with roots in northern France.
