With more than a decade of activity, TV Cidade Livre begins a new phase of its history exercising citizenship with programming aimed at the public in Rio de Janeiro. A TV with our face, addressed to you that prestige us with your audience.
Non-profit and managed by the Association of Community Channel Users of Rio Claro, the station was founded on April 18, 2001 by several unions, non-governmental organizations and residents' associations.
Since its foundation, TV Cidade Livre has produced and broadcast programming focused on education, culture, sports, entertainment and journalism, always concerned with information and, above all, with the quality of what is on the air.
Over almost a decade the history of the station has been told in a simple way, with the taste of the simplest truths, by people of the people, with their feet in the present and eyes on the future, however without ever forgetting the tradition of the land of the Indaiás, in which the idea that there is always room for the new resists!
