Teleclásica Live

Teleclásica is an independent television channel from Hermosillo, in the Mexican state of Sonora, devoted to the TV of yesteryear. Its schedule, all in Spanish and on air 24 hours a day, brings together classic series, old films and cartoons from the 1980s and earlier decades, the way they used to air on Mexican free-to-air TV.

The channel describes itself as a handmade broadcaster that transmits "only good memories". It is kept going by its audience: on its website Teleclásica thanks viewers for watching, remembering and supporting it, and says it stays on air thanks to them. Besides the stream on its site, it is on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube.

For anyone who grew up with Mexican TV reruns, or simply enjoys retro television, it is a straight trip back in time.
